RETAIL/COMMERCIAL VENDORS

Thank you for your interest in becoming a retail or commercial vendor at the 25th Anniversary of the Creekside Blues & Jazz Festival® on June 14th – 16th, 2024. The three stage Festival attracts 25,000+ visitors to downtown Gahanna, OH annually.

Vendor fees will be invoiced after acceptance of application by event manager. 2024 pricing includes cost of tent, sidewall and access to courtesy electric:

$250 fully refundable security deposit

Electrical fees beyond courtesy 110v/5 amp circuit (+$100 / 20amp breaker; +$200 / 30-50 amp breaker)

Retail Fees:

10’x10’ Tent: $475 10’x20’ Tent: $750 10’x30’ Tent: $1025

Commercial Fees*:

10’x10’ Tent: $1050 10’x20’ Tent: $1800 10’x30’ Tent: $2550

*Commercial Booths must also have an interactive activity for visitors

Please agree to the Festival regulations and fill out the online application to be considered. You will be contacted by the event manager if approved/ unapproved / waitlisted no later than two weeks after your completed application is submitted.

Once approved, you will be contacted by the event manager to submit:

  • Proof of current $1,000,000 commercial general liability insurance, naming Gahanna Convention & Visitors Bureau (110 Mill Street, Gahanna OH 43230) and the City of Gahanna (200 Hamilton Road, Gahanna OH 43230) as additional insureds.
  • Your vendor fee, including additional electric fees, must be paid in full.
  • Your $250 refundable security deposit, which will be both submitted and refunded electronically this year, must be paid in full. You will be eligible for refund after the event, pending compliance with all festival regulations.

Your vendor admission is not secured until all these steps have been completed.
